  • What's an agent?

A middleman service that buys items from Chinese marketplaces on your behalf, holds them in a warehouse, photographs them for your approval, then reships internationally. Without one, most of these listings won't accept a foreign card or address.
  • Why does Candorluma list nine of them?

Different agents charge different commission, ship cheaper to different regions, and run different promos. Listing nine means you can compare a 5-euro shipping difference instead of guessing which one's currently best. Set your default once, every link rewrites to it.
  • Which agent is actually cheapest?

Right now, USFans for EU shipping (40-percent first-order promo, cheapest dedicated line), Acbuy for North America (fast QC, slightly higher commission but fewer reshipping headaches). These numbers move — check our shipping estimator for the live picture.
  • Is buying reps legal?

Mostly grey. In most countries, owning a counterfeit for personal use is legal; selling or importing in commercial quantity is not. Customs occasionally seizes packages flagged as infringing. Declare honestly, don't import a hundred of the same item, and you'll be fine. We're not lawyers; talk to one if your country worries you.
  • Do you check QC before listing items?

We don't. Every item in the catalog is scraped from a real shop on Weidian or Taobao with live prices and live stock. QC is per-batch, per-order — the agent photographs your specific unit when it arrives at the warehouse. Use the QC lookup tool to see community photos of past orders for the same item.
  • A link returned nothing. What happened?

Three usual suspects: the item sold out and got removed; the seller renamed the listing (different ID, same product); Weidian has rate-limited our scraper. Try the same shop's other listings, or search the product name on the agent's own search.
  • What's the difference between Weidian, Taobao, 1688, and Tmall?

Same parent ecosystem, different rooms. Weidian is small WeChat-merchant style, where most rep sellers cluster. Taobao is the consumer marketplace. 1688 is bulk/wholesale — you pay less but the seller might insist on a minimum quantity. Tmall is the brand-storefront side and has the least reps.
  • What is CNY and how do prices convert?

CNY is yuan, the Chinese currency. One CNY is roughly €0.13 / $0.14 as of late May 2026 (live rates fluctuate). Every price on the site auto-converts to whichever currency you pick from the top-right menu, including GBP, JPY, HKD.
  • How long does shipping actually take?

Cheapest sea lines from China to EU: 30-45 days. Air lines: 8-15 days. Express (DHL, FedEx): 4-8 days but flagged for customs more often. Add 5-10 days on top for the seller to deliver to the agent's warehouse plus your QC window.
  • Will customs catch it?

Sometimes. EU dropped the de-minimis threshold so anything over €150 declared value pays VAT plus a small handling fee. Agents will sometimes under-declare on your request, which is on you, not us. Lower-value items mostly slip through.
  • Can I return something I don't like?

Before it ships out of the warehouse, yes — reject the QC and the agent will send it back to the seller for a refund (minus the seller's domestic shipping, usually 5-12 yuan). After it ships internationally, no return path exists. Open a dispute with the agent if the item arrived materially different from QC.
  • Do you take affiliate cuts from these agents?

Yes. When you click an agent link from here, our referral code is appended. It doesn't change the price you pay; the agent funds it from their margin. If you'd prefer to skip that, copy the bare item ID and paste it on the agent's own site.
  • Why is the site dark and how do I switch it?

Dark is the default because reps shoppers tend to browse at night and the photos read better on darker chrome. We don't have a light-theme toggle yet; it's on the roadmap if enough people ask in Discord.
  • Where do the items come from?

We scrape a curated list of Weidian shops directly. No middle-API, no proxied data — the prices you see are the prices the seller has live right now. The current shop list includes GOAT, Top Jersey, EVGA, the Evil collection, and a few jersey + bag specialists.
  • Where's the login?

There isn't one. Candorluma is a static catalog. Favorites, recently-viewed, preferences all live in your browser's localStorage, so the site stays usable without you handing over an email.
